If we're going to show photos and ads of Marlins, they should at least mention the much better-proportioned, 6" longer wheelbase '67s.
HOTT. I want one. Sadly, AMC only made 2,545 of them for '67, the Marlin's final year.

That's like telling a Camaro fan to get a Mustang, since they're pretty much the same thing anyway.
The Marlin came out before the Charger did. And I like the Marlin much more.

I agree with you the Marlin is a better looking car. And I love that name, Marlin. It just works.
